ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Andie, and welcome to my blog!

Aloha Andie was started as a way to chronicle the experiences of my life. To get thoughts out of my head and into the world. 

I have a husband, two dogs, wanderlust, IBS, and a strong dose of anxiety; so most things I do are somehow related to one or all of those things! I love coffee, bulky sweaters and that weird fake banana flavoring in cheap candy.

I'm currently on a journey to find myself and to deal with my overthinking in a healthy and positive manner. This usually means you'll find me trying way too hard to meditate and repeatedly failing, laughing at my unflexible body during yoga practice, and eating IBS trigger foods in moments of weakness...but hey, I'm getting there!

I'm taking my life one step at a time and learning as I go, and I hope that you'll join me and we can learn together; because friendship and knowing that you're not alone in your struggles and your victories is one of the most important things in life.
